Woody lived with the Shearman family - Jonathan and Julie, Thomas and Sebastian - for his whole life. He was brought home from Monika’s Doggie Rescue in July 2001.

Woody was a lovely pet. He had a quiet nature and was not excitable. He was walked almost every day of his life on Terrey Hills oval, where he had a few canine friends. He was a loyal companion and loved his family.

He became ill in June 2015 when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was euthanized by the veterinary surgeon on the afternoon of the 26th June.
